This is a one-of-a-kind formulary and has been extremely useful in my practice. Not sure why others are complaining about the subscription model as it seems only logical to be able to keep up-to-date information. Worth every penny.

I want to include drugs not commercially available.

Its great to have all this info in one spot but a subscription is not the best way to sell it.

I like this app. There are a few improvements that will make it 5 star. Subscription is the future and as long as it stays current and updated with new information I dont mind paying. It is not a complete drug formulary and focuses on evidence based drug usage almost to a fault. If there are no papers or evidence for a dosage then there is no dosage. I still reference Plum (hard copy book) for these situations. Overall, a great and useful app for the clinician. Earned a spot on my home screen.

This app is exactly what I was looking for in the veterinarian profession. With plenty of human pharmacology apps out there, it was nice to see one made for the vet profession and by reliable sources. Definitely worth the money!
